Tender Description

  • The works of the contract are detailed in the drawings and schedule including but not limited to the following:
    • Supply of Traffic Management;
    • Location of existing services;
    • Bulk Earthworks;
    • Recut and shape open drains;
    • Supply and Install stormwater pipes, manholes, headwalls, end walls etc;
    • Construct Kerb & channels and driveway Crossovers;
    • Construct Asphalt Driveways;
    • Road pavement construction;
    • Supply and Install 40mm Asphalt AC14 seal for the road;
    • Supply and Install 35mm Asphalt AC7 seal for driveways;
    • Supply and Install fence gate;
    • Landscaping and making good.
