Tender Description
Scope:
Energy Queensland Limited is seeking interest from suitable and capable suppliers for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Vehicle Loading Cranes.
In general, EQL will procure the VLCs and require their delivery to an EQL-nominated vehicle service body builder to install in accordance with the VLC supplier/manufacturer's requirements.
At EQL's discretion, the supplier/manufacturer of the VLC may be requested to install the VLC and subframe to an EQL cab chassis at the supplier's facility.
As part of the supply of VLCs to EQL, additional work may be required may also include accessory supply and fitment such, but not limited to auger and auger drive attachments, winches, and hydraulic tooling.
Please refer to the attached Technical Specification for more details.
In addition, for the supplying/delivery/installation of the VLCs as highlighted above, the supplier will be required to conduct induction training for staff at EQL sites across Queensland (refer to the attached EQL Depots List for the distribution of EQL's sites). This can either be conducted by the supplier directly or through their official agents.
How to Respond:
The Tender is expected to be released through Energy Queensland's tendering system, SAP Ariba, by 15th September 2023. All the relevant tender documents (including drawings, proposed agreement and tender response schedules) will be available from EQL's tendering system, Sap Ariba, from 15th September until 27th October 2023.
The engagement will be through a prequalified Preferred Contractor Panel arrangement with an Expected Commencement Date is 01st May 2024 for an initial term of three (3) years. There is also the possibility of two (2) Extension
Options of one (1) Year Eachat EQL's Discretion. EQL will engage panel members for work by way of Request for Quotes.
Suppliers wishing to be invited to the Tender when it is advertised through Energy Queensland's SAP Ariba System should follow the instructions below:-

- Busines Legal Entity Name (as dispayed in the ABN lookup)

- SAP Ariba Account No (if a supplier is already registered on SAP Ariba Supplier Network).
