Tender Description

  • Upgrade of Kitchens, replace cupboards, Appliances, Floor coverings and splash backs etc.
  • Laundry Upgrade- Remove and dispose of all associated fittings and Laundry Tub, FC wall sheeting as required
  • Bathroom Upgrade - Remove, dispose and reinstate vanity, basin top and tapware, remove associated fittings as required, floor coverings, FC sheeting to walls and ceiling, replace damaged / rotten jambs, architraves and mouldings.
  • Ensure wet seal to the entire floor area and floor wall junctions. Please refer to document - Extent of works for future information.
