The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide surveying services to assist in the delivery of its annual capital works, maintenance and renewal programmes.

The objective of the contract is to secure services that can deliver minor and multidisciplinary projects that are planned and/or reactive in nature. Services may require a quick response due to safety or environmental concerns. Typically, the projects could include pathways, landscaping, drainage, roads, carparks, buildings, marine structures and pedestrian bridges.

An example of typical services for a surveying project could include:

A pathway project as part of the Shire's Pathway Expansion Programme that requires;

• Site Visit
• Scope of work definition
• Administrative tasks
• Contour and feature survey
• Control set out
• Liaison with the Shire's survey and engineering team, and
• Preparation of survey electronic drawings.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders close at 2.00 pm (AWST) Wednesday, 30 August 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Shire of Augusta Margaret River is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Shire of Augusta Margaret River staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
