Operation of Day care/Childcare services tenure at 23 Munda Street Randwick

Randwick City Council is committed to providing family day care/childcare services to the Randwick City Council community. Council is seeking to appoint a community based not-for-profit licensed day care/childcare operator to provide affordable day care or childcare services from the property at 23 Munda Street Randwick. Council intends to enter into a formal occupation agreement; five (5) year licence agreement, with an experienced operator for tenure of the Council “community” classified property. It is expected that the operator will provide high quality day care/childcare services to meet the needs of the Randwick community, residents and visitors.

The intent of this Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to select a suitably qualified and experienced licensee for the operation of day care/childcare services at 23 Munda Street Randwick
