TAFE NSW are proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a State?Wide Contract with a qualified Contractor to supply and install HVAC System Replacements at various TAFE NSW locations. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.
The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.
The project consists of the supply and installation of replacement Replacement of air-conditioning units (Split Systems, Package units and Chiller units), Upgrade or replacement of Gas Heating units, replacement of Cooling Towers, replacement of Exhaust systems, upgrade of HVAC plantroom equipment for various buildings across several TAFE NSW campuses statewide. It will encompass the full cycle of removal, make good, and disposal of old systems and the installation of new systems and associated equipment as per the scope of work and Design & Technical Standards provided. The works must be complete by 30 June 2024.
The contract is subject to funding release from NSW Treasury
