Tender Description
The Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (DSDILGP), through the Olympic and Paralympic Infrastructure Office (OPIO) intends to approach the market for suppliers to provide ad-hoc Games Overlay related services for the OPIO projects – Major Projects, Minor Venues Program, Villages, and potentially other Olympic and/or Paralympic Games related venues/sites.
This EOI is Stage One of a two stage process.
Stage 1 - Potential Games Overlay consultant service providers have an opportunity to express their interest in providing Games overlay services for the OPIO. EOI submissions will be evaluated by the department.
Stage 2 - Based on the outcome of a EOI evaluation a shortlist of suppliers will be developed, shortlisted suppliers will then be invited to tender in a separate Request for Quote (RfQ) process. After further evaluation of RfQ offers it is expected that the department will enter into a number of service contracts successful suppliers to provide ad-hoc services as and if required for a contract term of approximately two years
