Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠NIWA is proposing to relocate from their current Auckland Office facility on Market Place to a new facility within the Auckland CBD. The new location has a fitout suited to the current tenant needs, but this will require change (demolition and new work and modification of services to align) to meet NIWA requirements.
