Propertysolve has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in Fremantle on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Location is to be in Fremantle.
- A net lettable area of approximately 3,000 sqm on contiguous floors (with a minimum 950 sqm being on the ground floor).
- Preference for the premises to be available for fit-out by:
- May 2024 (for existing buildings)
- May 2025 (for new builds)
