Scope 1 - Design
Electrical and civil design works relating to the burying by directional drilling of powerlines currently crossing the Stuart Highway, at a minimum of four locations. Other design work would include modifications to existing road furniture, signage, traffic lights, etc. Includes liaison with client and asset owners to ensure the design is acceptable and approved by the relevant parties.
Dependent on exact cargo weights and axle loads, there may be a requirement to conduct bridge capacity assessments and design temporary works, where required.
Scope 2 - Construction
Electrical and civil construction works relating to the burying by directional drilling of powerlines currently crossing the Stuart Highway, at a minimum of four locations. Other construction work would include the modification of existing road furniture, and possibly the installation of temporary works to support existing infrastructure such as bridges, dependent on weights and axle loads.
Scope 3 - Design and Construction
Performance of both scopes one and two.
