Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified Real Estate Agents providers for its Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) Real Estate Agency Services Contract requirements.

Objective

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking responses to this Invitation to Tender for Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers (RPQS) Real Estate Agency Services Tender No.2023.020 as per specification.

The purpose of this ITT process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.

Council’s requirements in relation to the Services are set out in Section 2 of this Invitation (Technical Specification).
