Nyngan Skate Park Upgrade Stage 1. - Bogan Shire Council

⁠⁠⁠Regional Procurement is managing an EOI process for Bogan Shire Council for the upgrade of their existing skating facility at O'Reilly Park, Nyngan NSW 2825. This is Stage 1. of a two stage process.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a response to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Thursday 31 August 2023.

Respondents must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Respondents document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed documents by the deadline lies solely with the Respondent. Respondents are advised that Bogan Shire Council are not bound to accept the lowest response ($), or any response submitted.
