Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T158/2023 – Supply Only and Supply and Lay of Asphalt.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with the method of payment being a schedule of rates and is for the supply and lay of asphalt to the Local, Regional, State, and National Roads within the Tamworth Regional Council area. The scope of works includes the supply of all plant, labour and materials required to undertake asphalt reclaiming, construction, and renewal in accordance with the referenced Roads and Maritime Services Specifications.
Tenders close at 11:00 am AEST, Tuesday 05 September 2023.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
