Purchase and Removal of Vessels "Vivre II" and "Rhiannon"

⁠⁠⁠The Item for purchase and removal is the vessel ‘Vivre II’ (registration number: 59760).

‘Vivre II’ is currently stored on a hard stand at the Department of Transport (DoT) Boating Facility at Jervoise Bay Cove, Woodman Point Recreation Reserve, Munster, Western Australia.

‘Vivre II’ was abandoned in the Swan River, Maylands vicinity and, pursuant to section 71 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982 (WAMA), was removed and transported to Woodman Point by salvage contractors engaged by DoT.

The Item is being sold pursuant to section 71(3) of the WAMA. DoT is seeking offers for the purchase and removal of this vessel as described below.

‘Vivre II’ is considered to be in poor condition in its current state.

A briefing session will be held at DoT Boating Facility, Jervoise Bay Cove, Woodman Point Recreation Reserve, Munster.
