Technical Lead, API and Integration

⁠⁠⁠Requirements

The Enterprise API Integration team is responsible for establishing enterprise digital services and integration platforms, practices, processes, and capabilities.

The Technical Lead will:

• deliver technical direction and decisions for the platforms and team to meet delivery requirements,
• drive achievement of strategic direction and department outcomes, as well as maximise value for the department,
• ensure security requirements are met and managed,
• manage technical debt and drive roadmaps to continuously improve and uplift the platform,
• uplift the technical skills of other team members.

Essential skills and experience:

• an understanding of the technologies, platforms, capabilities, business, and security requirements of the department
• led the delivery of key foundational technologies.
• API (Application programming interface) best practices and standards.
• Events Driven Architecture and choosing appropriate use cases.
• DevOps automation in deployment of system enhancements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, and Zero trust architecture.
