Tender Description
Council’s objective is to engage a suitably qualified/experienced contractor to undertake the transport and disposal of biosolids from the Ballina, Lennox Head, and Alstonville Wastewater Treatment Plants for a period up to three (3) years. The biosolids being transported and beneficially used at sites that comply with the NSW EPA Environmental Guidelines Use and Disposal of Biosolids Product, 2000 (Biosolids Guidelines).
