Supply of Centrifuge Equipment and Support Services for Orange Sewage Treatment Plant

⁠⁠⁠Tenders sought the Supply of Centrifuge Equipment and Support Services for the Orange Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Centrifuge Replacement.

Orange City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Suppliers for the supply of centrifuge equipment and support services for the Orange Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Centrifuge Replacement.

Orange City Council has identified a need to replace the existing dewatering centrifuge that is at the end of its operational life. The centrifuge is used by Council to dewater anaerobically digested primary and activated sludge produced onsite. Council intends to procure the replacement centrifuge and integrate it with existing mechanical equipment as part of a separate installation process.

The supplier is to provide:

• The equipment required for the upgrade.
• Comprehensive drawings, design detail, and documentation about the upgrade so that site works can be effectively designed for the equipment.
• Supporting services to the equipment supplied to ensure it is installed and operates effectively and efficiently.
