Tender Description
The Jessamine Avenue Reserve is situated in Reynella and is bordered by Jessamine Avenue, Bimbadene Road, Kareela Road and the Southern Expressway. Existing reserve facilities do not currently present a good value for the surrounding community.
The Council made a decision to upgrade the reserve to incorporates new features and to bring the existing ones to a new service level to be enjoyed by a wider age range. The upgrade will ensure the reserve meets the service level for a Neighbourhood Family Park.
