Tender Description
Tenders are invited by Orange City Council from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the role of Principal Contractor and complete the Construction of 94 Woodward Street Subdivision works, will consist of the following activities:
- The successful principal contractor will be expected to bring together an experienced well qualified team and sub-contractors to program, co-ordinate and manage the construction process from site establishment through to commissioning and handover of the completed 2 lot subdivision.
- Full construction of the 94 Woodward Street Subdivision (2 Lot Subdivision) in accordance with subdivision works certificate, Development Approval and OCC Subdivision code.
