Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Block 7 / AMS Modernisation

  • AMS Modernisation upgrade / Existing teaching spaces to be upgraded for DQLS and ILE modernisation requirements plus creation of outdoor learning area.
  • Demolition and making good.
  • Carpentry and hardware, door installation, trims
  • Replace floor coverings, wall coverings and upgrade ceilings in each classroom.
  • Creation of breakout areas. Replace existing passive louvered ventilation system in cloak bay/other areas with security mesh such as clear‐guard.
  • Install new canopy structure to create outdoor learning area.
  • Upgrade "Ground Floor" switchboard to allow for 10 mA RCD protection.
