Tender Description
Outdoor Learning
- Replace the front facade window joinery to bi-fold doors in Block 1. There is an existing hard cover structure to this block for an outdoor learning.
- Remove and dispose of the existing timber window joinery.
- Supply and install of new aluminium commercial grade bi-fold doors.
- Works to include replacement of all hardware (locks, stays etc)
DQLS Upgrade to the classrooms
- Re-line existing ceilings with GIB
- Remove and dispose of existing carpet.
- Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles. Works to include all floor prep.
- Removal and disposal of existing vinyl. - Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required.
- Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
- Remove and dispose of existing hessian wall coverings.
- Supply and install new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings.
- Remove and dispose of existing heaters.
- Supply and install new heat pump units.
