Tender Description
Watercare is seeking to establish an efficient and streamlined Asset Upgrades and Renewals (AUR) project delivery framework. The AUR programme of works amounts to approximately $4 billion over the next 10 years.
We are procuring a series of panels, to be known as Programme Delivery Groups (PDGs). Through these PDGs we will engage selected Contractors to deliver AUR work via a combination of multi-year programmes or individual projects. The AUR Construction Services PDGs include:
- Wastewater pipeline renewals
- Civil & Construction
- Electrical
- Water pipeline renewals
- Treatment plant renewals
There is also a Professional Services PDG which is being procured via a separate RFP in parallel with this procurement process.
