The Department of Finance provides services and advice to government in relation to the design, construction and asset management of major State Government public buildings such as hospitals, schools, police stations, and also for general Government office accommodation. To support the effective design and delivery of construction projects, Finance seeks to engage firms to perform a range of architectural services.

The purpose of this refresh is to seek Respondents who will provide architectural services in the Northern region of Western Australia. The “Northern region” encompasses the Pilbara and Kimberly regions of Western Australia as identified on the map: https://library.dpird.wa.gov.au/gis_maps/11/. 

Respondents not already on the Architectural Services Panel are invited to tender only if they are able to provide services in the Northern region. 

Notwithstanding this refresh, Respondents already appointed to this Panel may be appointed work in the Northern region under this panel.
