Temporary Transport Planning Industry Briefing

TfNSW plans to hold an industry briefing on a confidential basis for registered service providers, to provide an overview of RFT 2022/008 – 2024 Temporary Transport Planning. Attendance to this industry briefing is not mandatory for participation in the 2022/008 – 2024 Temporary Transport Planning RFT.

This industry briefing will be held virtually at 2pm on Tuesday 15th August. A link will be issued on Monday 14th August.

2024 Temporary Transport Planning (TTP) Request for Tender (RFT)

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking a professional, experienced, and highly qualified bus operator(s) to operate rail replacement bus services including buses, staff (including drivers), bus depots, and other operating activities for the 2024 Temporary Transport Planning (TTP) Project between Bankstown and Sydenham stations on the T3 line

Additional Details / Instructions

In order to gain access to the 2024 TTP Data Room containing the 2024 TTP RFT documents, Tenderers are to:

• Complete the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll Volume 2 Schedule A1 and return it to TfNSW at ttpproject@transport.nsw.gov.au using the following name convention “[Tenderers name] – 2024 TTP Confidentiality Deed Poll”.

• Complete the 2024 TTP Data Room Guest User Registration Form at https://dataroom.ansarada.com/2024TTP-RFT/sign-up/AEB4B8D1-E8D7-4A06-BECA-70CFBB327965. Tenderers should refer to the 2024 TTP Data Room Protocols in the Data Room for further information on Data Room access and protocols.

Once the Confidentiality Deed Poll and Data Room Guest User registration requests are received and approved, registered parties will receive an invite to the 2024 TTP – RFT 2022/008 Data Room.

For the avoidance of doubt, this is the only time Tenderers should communicate with TfNSW via this email address. All future contact shall be through the Data Room.
