Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Classroom interior of Blocks 1, 3 and 7

DQLS upgrade to the classrooms
Re-line existing ceilings with GIB - Remove and dispose of existing carpet in Block 1. Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles. Works to include all floor preparation as required.
Removal and disposal of existing vinyl in Block 3. Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required. Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)
Remove and dispose of existing hessian wall coverings in Blocks 1, 3 and 7. Supply and install new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings.
Remove and dispose of existing heaters in Blocks 1 and 7. Supply and install new heat pump units. Remove and dispose of existing main door to Rooms 10 and 11. Supply and install new timber doors.

Block 2

Replace the window joinery to Rooms 3 and 4 to replicate the bi-fold doors in Rooms 1 and 2. There is a hard cover structure to this block for an outdoor learning environment.
Remove and dispose of the existing timber window joinery.
Supply and install of new aluminium commercial grade bi-fold doors to match existing ones in rooms 1 and 2.- Works to include replacement of all hardware (locks, stays etc) to match Rooms 1 and 2
