North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP) is facilitating a project to revitalise the Bowen Wharf so that it can continue to be a valued landmark and community asset for Bowen into the future. NQBP requires the assistance of a consultant to support NQBP in concept refinement and the community consultation process for the revitalisation of this asset. This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is being facilitated to shortlist suitably competent consultants to formally tender for this project.
The Consultant and its proposed Sub-Consultants must be suitably qualified with proven experience in:
- Sustainable design and specification of publicly accessible maritime and coastal infrastructures;
- Architectural and landscape architectural services;
- Community consultation process;
- Quantity surveying (capital and whole-of-life cost) for maritime structures; and
- Design developments considering heritage and DDA aspects
