Jubilee Footbridge Replacement (Construction Works)

⁠⁠⁠The existing Jubilee pedestrian bridge has reached the end of its usable life and was closed to public access on 21 July 2023. Auckland Council has decided to replace the structure with one designed to meet the current level of service requirements. A design for the replacement bridge has been prepared by Auckland Council’s designers.

This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks expressions of interest from suitable contractors having the relevant experience in the construction works required and who can demonstrate capabilities in working collaboratively with their clients and designers.

This is Stage 1 of a two-stage process. Participants shortlisted from this stage will be invited to participate in Stage 2 and respond to a full Request for Tender. The intention is to shortlist no more than 3 suppliers to be invited to participate in Stage 2.
