The Crown land is situated on Campbell Street, Grenfell, being Lot 1373 DP 754578, Lot 7310 DP 1140004, Part Lot 7308 DP 1140004 and Part Lot 7311 DP 1140503 in the Parish of Brundah County of Monteagle. Legal access to the site is via Campbell Street.
