Tender Description
ICC need to procure Suppliers to deliver the glazing replacement works to the ICC housing portfolio. There are approximately 200 rental housing units within the ICC housing portfolio that require either retrofitting of double glazing or full replacement of windows and doors with double glazed joinery.
The programme of work will commence from October 2023 and is required to be delivered by July 2024.
