Tender Description
West Coast Council have two separate Sports Projects, on two sites under one contract and are seeking tenders from suitably qualified companies to construct the following:
Zeehan Gym & Pool Additions and alterations to the existing pool buildings and sports center.
Strahan; a whole new standalone multi-sports hall development.
Non-Mandatory Site Inspections will be held on Tuesday 8th August 2023.
10:30am Zeehan Gym & Swimming Pool located at 38 Counsel Street, Zeehan
1:00pm Strahan Recreation located at 1-3 Gaffney Street, Strahan
Although the site inspections are non-mandatory West Coast Council ask that you register if attending by Friday 4th August 2023 to Mathew Handy facilitiesofficer@westcoast.tas.gov.au
Tender submissions must be received by 5pm, Wednesday 30th August 2023
