Queanbeyan Pool: Upgrade to Change Rooms

Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of the upgrade to Change Rooms at the Queanbeyan Pool.

Detailed designs were compiled by Paul Barnett Design Group.

The Development Application has been approved.

The Construction Certificate has been submitted.

Potential Tenderers are requested to attend a Tender briefing/site inspection on Friday 11 August 2023 at 11:00 am at the Queanbeyan Pool - corner of Crawford and Antill Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620. Attendance at this meeting is encouraged but not mandatory.
