Tender Description
ADG is seeking expressions of interest from head contractor/s that have the experience, skills and capacity to deliver a utilities building for Darwin International Airport. The project is to be delivered as one package. Stage 1: • Construct a utilities building that meets the design specifications and requirements
• Manage building scopes including but not limited to:
o Demolition and Decommissioning
o Earthworks
o Building Construction works
o Mechanical
o Electrical
o Hydraulic
o Fire
o All works included in the IFC set
