‐ Complete roof replacement with .55 gauge colourcoat corrugated profile

‐ Replace underlay membrane

‐ Replace all flashings both under and over

‐ Replace spoutings with 125 magnum and downpipes to match.

Block 3:

‐ Complete roof replacement with .55 gauge colourcoat to match existing profiles on upper and lower roof areas

‐ Replace underlay membrane

‐ Replace all flashings both under and over

‐ Replace spoutings with 125 magnum and downpipes to match

- Remove existing sky lights on lower roof area with new trafficable material
