DIA is leading the Water Services Reform Programme are seeking a partner to provide a cloud-based IT Service Management solution (software as a service) and who can design, build, integrate, and configure the IT Service Management solution and provide handover to the new operational team for each of the 10 Water Services Entities.
The IT Service Management solution will support the entire WSE environment, including Corporate Services and Operational Technology.
The solution needs to cover:
- Service desk management
- Service request management
- Incident and problem management
- IT change management
- DR management plan
- Software and Hardware Asset management
- Documentation
- Training
- Reporting
