Shire of Mundaring is seeking to update its 2019 Recreation Facilities Informing Strategy to focus on future investment and asset management of the Shire's recreation facilities to meet the needs of the community.
The first Shire of Mundaring Recreation Facilities Informing Strategy was delivered in 2019. Since this time many projects in the action plan have been completed, the needs and aspirations of the community have changed, as has the internal and external funding environments.
The 2024 Recreation Facilities Informing Strategy will deliver an updated strategy and action plan that costs and prioritises a range of practical capital projects that are realistic and strikes a balance between the communities' expressed needs, expectations and the Shire of Mundaring's capacity to deliver these projects.
