Tender Description
This Request for Tender (RFT) is to identify a preferred wholesale supplier to provide pharmaceuticals to all Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) Pharmacy departments, including ward imprest locations. The tender includes the capacity to supply NSW State Contract products at the contracted prices as well as pricing for pharmaceuticals not included in the NSW State Contract, and bulk fluid products.
CCLHD is seeking to achieve the following:
• appointment of a preferred wholesaler of all pharmaceuticals to CCLHD;
• cost effective delivery of pharmaceuticals to agreed standards and service levels, which meets the needs of CCLHD;
• services that are continuously improved to meet changing requirements and to take advantage of developments in technology that can further enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of the service provided.
