Payment

Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for within 1 business days of invoice.

A formal purchase agreement will be provided to the potential purchaser upon receipt of interest which will include methods and contractors to be used for the safe removal of the plant.

Terms & Condition

All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch, via email or via fax. The successful applicant only, will be advised within five (5) working days. All Site Specific WH&S rules must be adhered to at all times throughout the demobilisation & collection process

Please be advised that Pickles reserves the right to accept any reasonable offers submitted & accepted by the vendor during the Expressions of Interest campaign.

Removal

The removal of the asset will be at the buyer’s expense including all labour, material handling & transport costs ex Site. Upon acceptance of the offer the buyer must provide detailed plans for dismantling of the asset ex site for review by the vendor prior to any works commencing.

Insurance

Insurance and security of the goods becomes the buyers responsibility upon full payment.

Health and Safety

The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
