East End Public Domain Stages 2 And 5 Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠The City of Newcastle (CN) is upgrading the existing streetscape and public domain within the Hunter Street Mall precinct to improve public interaction with the space. Stage 2 and 5 works are bounded by Wolfe Street, Hunter Street, Thorn Street, and King Street.

Persons willing to fulfill the requirements of the proposed contract are invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline, 2 pm on Tuesday 22 August 2023 (at the Tender Box). Responsibility for the lodgment of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tender lodgment information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 2 August 2023 at 10:00 am at 159 Hunter St, Corner of Hunter Street and Wolfe Street.
