Description

The City of Stirling requires a Contractor to undertake the internal refurbishment of the Wembley Downs Tennis Club Facilities. this includes and is not limited to refurbishment of the kitchen, toilets, UAT, changerooms, servery, and main hall as well as a renewal of the roof and ceilings as detailed in the specification documents.

Mandatory Site Briefing

Time: 10:00 am (AWST)

The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as the signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants, and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
