Provision of Construction Services

Overview

The University of South Australia invites Tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of Construction services for its regional Campus at Whyalla

This RFT package comprises:

Part A Instructions to Tenderers

Part B Conditions of Tender

Part C Specification, incorporating UniSA Preliminaries & Schedules

Part D Architectural and Services Drawings

Part E Tender Form- note separable prices must be provided for compliant submission.

Part F ABIC SW-2018 Schedules 1-8 and ABIC-SW 2018 Reference Copy

Enquiries/Clarifications

Enquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Tenderer shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool within the e-tender System. The University shall respond to the clarifications or question by uploading a Clarification Request Document as an Addendum after clarification closing date. This will be shared publicly to all Tenderers if the information provided is relevant to all Tenderers.

Submissions

Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Word/Excel version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt email timed and dated upon completion. Late submissions will not be accepted. Advice: Plan to start uploading documents to the portal early (approx 30mins) in case of slow upload speeds or technical issues.

Closing Time: 2pm (Adelaide Time)

Deadline for requests for clarification: 2nd August 2023

The University of South Australia is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

Site Inspection

As this is a regional project and an open tender, it is not possible to coordinate a site inspection, however, videos of the spaces have been taken and can be sent to interested Tenderers. If you would like to see the videos please respond to the online forum (prior to 31st July) with a request for clarification and a link to this file will be sent.
