Removal of temporary asphalt and placement of permanent asphalt in conformance to the relevant council specifications (Penrith City, Liverpool City, Fairfield City and Canterbury-Bankstown City Councils) Totaling approximately 20km. Circular economy solutions for reuse/recycling of temporary asphalt and use of sustainable asphalt or low-carbon options (i.e., high %RAP) for permanent asphalt should be considered.
