Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for Thomson Oval synthetic surface renewal and spectator seating works. Work will include replacement of the existing synthetic surface at Thomson Oval and landscape works including the construction of spectator seating.
Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from (see option below) free of charge.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at Thomson Oval, Reserve Road near amenities building, commencing at 11am on 27 July 2023. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders are to be submitted online at: (see option below) - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer
Thomson Oval synthetic surface renewal and spectator seating works" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 16 August 2023.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
