The Project is to produce a business case incorporating a needs analysis and a review of designs and indicative costings for the construction of new clubrooms and a covered arena (the Facility) at the Murray Regional Equestrian Centre in Coolup.

The objective of the Project is to;

• produce a needs analysis quantifying the community recreational benefits of new clubrooms and a covered arena as a regional facility;

• review and recommend the most appropriate and sustainable model for management of the Facility;

• review and update the existing concept designs (2022) for the Facility;

• provide a total project cost estimate to build the Facility including life cycle costings,

for the purpose of forward financial planning, potential funding partner discussion, and infrastructure grant applications.

The Project Deliverable is;

• Business Case and associated concepts and costings to determine viability and support the establishment of clubrooms and an undercover arena as a regional community recreational facility.
• This report is to align with key criteria to be addressed as part of future CSRFF application:
