IR is intending to enable an integrated view of its frontline workforce capable of supporting forecasting, planning, and scheduling, from a common pool of agents with blended work, across both voice and non-voice channels.
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify providers of potential solutions to Integrated Operational Planning for its customer facing staff. We're seeking suppliers with the necessary capabilities and capacity to supply all the following:
• A cloud-based application solution that satisfies IR’s requirements
• Design and implementation capability and resources to lead the migration of IR to the new cloud-based application.
• Ongoing management, configuration and support of the cloud-based application, including robust service management, reporting, and assurance.
Providers of cloud-based solutions who have a proven track record of providing these services to organisations of similar scale and complexity as IR are invited to respond to this EOI, from which Inland Revenue intends to invite a shortlist of a maximum of five organisations to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage of this procurement process.
