Tender Description
Tenders are invited to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for the provision of traffic control services.
Traffic control services are utilised by multiple branches across Council in support of a variety of operational and maintenance activities, including major construction projects, road works, and events.
The tender is structured into two categories, in line with the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) Traffic Management Registration Scheme.
• Category A – Operation and Implementation
DTMR Registrations: Operation of Traffic Control, and Set-up / Implementation of Traffic Guidance Schemes.
• Category B – Design
DTMR Registration: Design, presentation and review of Traffic Management Plans and Traffic Guidance Scheme documentation
This PSA will be established for two (2) years with three (3) renewal options of twelve (12) months.
