The Board of Trustees for Ohau School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the LSM Bathroom Modifications Project.

The Contract Works required are Renovation of existing rooms into a new storeroom, WC and accessible bathroom. Works include demolition of existing internal & external walls. Construction of new internal walls to create new rooms. Laying of a new concrete slab over existing floor. Installation of wall, ceiling and floor linings. Installation of new WC, shower, basins, handrails and cabinets.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
