Contractors are invited to tender for South Burnie Beach Boat Ramps Redevelopment Timber Jetty Upgrade and Concrete Pier

Burnie City Council seeks submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to construct a new concrete stepped pier and refurbish the existing timber jetty. This work will include but not be limited to preparing and wrapping existing turpentine jetty piles within the tidal zone and replacing the existing turpentine timber elements; whalers, bottom tie beams, and cross bracing at each pile set and a new stepped concrete pier with associated pre-cast concrete panels, FRP grating, stainless steel ladders and fixings and WPC fenders
