Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the development of methodology and tools to determine the yield potential and targeted redevelopment of Homes Tasmania assets consistent with our strategic objectives.

Clause 2 applies. It is intended to hold a tender briefing session from 9:30-10:30 AM on Wednesday 23rd August 2023.
The briefing will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. A request to attend must be sent in writing to housingprojects@homes.tas.gov.au no later than 12 pm noon Tuesday 22nd August 2023. The request must include attendees’ names, contact email and organization represented.
