Industry Briefing - ARTC Multi-Year Civil Rail Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠ARTC will provide an Industry briefing session for upcoming Civil Rail Maintenance procurement activities covering both the Hunter Valley and Interstate Business Units.

This session will cover the following areas:

- High Level overview of what is in the Civil Rail Maintenance activities

- Background of Civil Rail Maintenance activities in both BU e.g. what is currently occurring procurement wise within each BU.

- Presentations by ARTC Project Managers from the Hunter Valley and Interstate businesses of their respective procurement's models that will be released via Tenderlink. (this includes the proposed procurement approach for each).

- Probity considerations.

- Q & A session at the end of the session.

While ARTC strongly encourages attendance, the Briefing is not a mandatory requirement for participating in later Request for Tender processes for Civil Rail Maintenance services.

Date & Timing : 24th July 2023 at 9am (AEST) via Microsoft Teams meeting invite.

Length briefing session: 45 minutes to 1-hour session.
