The Scope of works include Snow clearing, ice treatment and chain bay management services on main roads 286 (Kosciusko) and 677 (Alpine Way) to keep the roads open to traffic and to facilitate access to and from the ski fields of Perisher and Thredbo, between late May and early October each year.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 19 July 2023 at 10: 00am at TfNSW Depot address: 8163 Kosciuszko Rd, Wilsons Valley NSW 2624. Attendance to this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.

Tenderers must confirm their attendance for the pre-tender meeting by COB Monday 17 July 2023 by emailing Asad.Hussain@transport.nsw.gov.au with subject heading stating ‘Pre-Tender Meeting ‘Attendance Confirmation – 23.0000129141.0739– Snow & Ice Removal and Chain Bay Management of Main Roads 286 (Kosciuszko) and 677 (Alpine W)’.
